Citizenship Award:

This award will be given to a member of the Builders Association of Minnesota who has and continues to display acts of kindness and/or philanthropy toward an organization, shows dedication of time and/or money to a charitable organization or individual or has other notable civic contributions. Apply

“BEAM” Award (Builders Employing Associate Members):

This award is given each year to a Builder or Remodeler in recognition
of his/her outstanding professionalism in doing business with Associate Members. Builders applying for this award shall list their subcontractors and suppliers. Apply

Excellence in Service Award:

This award will be presented to a State or Local staff member, based upon service to the association. Apply

Distinguished Business of the Year:

This award will be given to a company. The award will be presented to the company that supports individuals within their organization and contributes to the local, state, and national associations.
The nomination shall include names of all individuals within said company and the contributions/committees/participation of each individual. Apply

Associate of the Year, Builder of the Year and Remodeler of the Year:

These awards will be given to an associate, builder and remodeler respectively. These will be awarded based upon a brief description of the nominee, his or her service to the local, state and national associations, along with the number of years the individual has been a member, the involvement the nominee has demonstrated to BAM, and the particular reason for the nomination this year.

Rising Star:

This award will be given to a Builder, Remodeler, or Associate who has not been historically involved in the Builders Association of Minnesota and, during the previous year, has committed himself/herself towards the service of the Builders Association of Minnesota at an accelerated level. Apply

The President’s Choice Award:

This will be chosen by the President; awarded to a member, company or staff person who has contributed to the state Association behind the scenes. No Application

The Legacy Award:

This will be selected by BAM’s immediate past-president, awarded to a local association executive officer for outstanding contributions to the Builders Association of Minnesota. No Application

Local Association Event of the Year Award:

This award will be given to a local association that has organized and held an exceptional event within the last year (September 1, 2007 - September 1, 2008). Please be sure to complete all areas of the application. Apply
