2021 Spring Showcase of Homes
April 17-18, 24-25, 2021
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Admission is FREE!
The Virtual Showcase, available after the event’s open house weekends, has Matterport 3D virtual walk-thrus for each entry. These are made possible by Knutson Construction Services.
The open house weekends will be presented with the following caveats:
- Everyone must wear a face mask, including builders and builder’s representatives.
- All social distancing guidelines will be followed.
- Only 10 people allowed in the house at one time.
- Visitors may need to wait to enter.
- Visitors should refrain from touching any surface within the house.
The RAB Spring Showcase of Homes features homes, townhomes, and subdivisions in various stages of completion (homes in the Spring Showcase do not need to be completely finished) and a wide range of prices. Only Rochester Area Builder members are allowed to participate. This event usually takes place on two weekends after Easter.

Advertising is available in the Spring Showcase magazine. Please contact Alicia at Tulip Tree before Mar. 11, 2021 with your interest. See Rate Sheet. Profile Enhancement or Website Ad discounts available if both Spring & Fall Showcase advertising is secured.
The digital magazine will be available here. This will show the homes/subdivisions by number, display the numbers on a map, and give many details and photos about each one.
